Before you choose a quote
Check whether the price is fixed, estimated, a call-out fee or subject to inspection. Compare the included work, exclusions, VAT and expected duration. The closing time shown on your quote page tells you when that quote window ends; it is not a promise of attendance.
If your plans change
Before selection, eligible requests can be cancelled from the private quote page. Once a provider has been selected, use support to discuss a change. Keep your private access link and request reference available, and explain whether you have already arranged work elsewhere.
Important: attendance is not confirmed until the selected provider accepts. For emergencies, stated availability should be checked in the live quote.
